We are seeking a Business Development Manager to lead our Business Development team within Digital Services. Your Mission

Leadership & Strategy

  • Team Leadership: Guide and mentor your team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies that align with our goals and drive pipeline growth.
  • Performance Management: Set and monitor KPIs, coaching your team to achieve targets.

Data Management & Insights

  • CRM Governance: Ensure data integrity and provide actionable insights.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Deliver reports on lead generation and campaign ROI to inform decisions.

Business Development Excellence

  • Lead Strategy: Create and nurture strategies to maximize conversions.
  • Pipeline Optimization: Identify growth opportunities and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Thought Leadership: Contribute to content and insights that position us as trusted advisors.

Market Intelligence

  • Research & Analysis: Conduct market and competitor analysis to guide decisions.
  • Trend Forecasting: Provide insights on emerging technologies and industry trends.

Campaign and Market Engagement

  • Campaign Leadership: Plan and execute demand generation activities.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with Marketing & Communications to deliver impactful campaigns.

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields (Master’s preferred).
  • 5+ years in business development or sales strategy, with leadership experience.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in CRM systems and Excel.
  • Exceptional communication skills for engaging stakeholders.
  • Proven success in managing complex projects in dynamic environments.
  • Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach.
  • Background in technology or digital services is a plus.
