This is a high-impact, top-of-funnel growth role focused on driving meaningful conversations within the complex healthcare ecosystem. You will engage senior decision-makers across hospitals, health systems, physician groups, and specialty providers to uncover critical challenges in managed care, contracting, and reimbursement. Rather than high-volume outreach alone, this role requires strategic thinking, deep personalization, and the ability to connect prospect needs to consultative, analytics-driven solutions. You will act as a trusted first point of contact, shaping early-stage opportunities that can materially improve provider financial performance. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Consulting teams, you will help refine go-to-market strategies and elevate how healthcare organizations are engaged. You will be responsible for driving pipeline generation and strategic outbound engagement across key healthcare segments while ensuring every interaction is relevant, personalized, and insight-led.
You bring experience in business development or outbound pipeline generation, ideally within healthcare or complex B2B environments, combined with strong communication skills and a strategic mindset.
