The role sits at the intersection of strategy, account management, and cross-functional execution, requiring strong ownership from onboarding through expansion.
You will act as the primary point of contact for key partners, building trusted relationships with senior external stakeholders.
A core part of the role involves coordinating internal teams across product, marketing, legal, and operations to deliver seamless execution of partnership commitments.
You will also use data and performance insights to continuously optimize partner outcomes and identify new growth opportunities.

Accountabilities:
In this role, you will own the full lifecycle of strategic partnerships after contract signature, ensuring successful execution, growth, and long-term value creation.
- Serve as the primary post-contract owner for key strategic partnerships, managing day-to-day relationships with senior partner stakeholders
- Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships to drive trust, renewals, and expansion opportunities
- Lead partner onboarding and ensure successful activation from kickoff through launch
- Coordinate cross-functional execution across Product, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Operations to deliver on partnership commitments
- Translate partner objectives into clear execution plans, timelines, and success metrics for internal teams
- Manage ongoing partner performance through regular business reviews (QBRs/MBRs), tracking key metrics and growth outcomes
- Identify upsell, expansion, and optimization opportunities across existing partnerships and ecosystem verticals
- Monitor partner health, risks, and performance trends, proactively addressing issues and aligning stakeholders on solutions
- Support contract negotiations and renewals in collaboration with Legal and business leadership
- Act as the voice of the partner internally, surfacing insights, feedback, and market signals to inform broader strategy
Requirements:
The ideal candidate is a relationship-driven and commercially minded partnerships leader with strong cross-functional execution skills and a track record of growing strategic accounts in dynamic environments.
- 8–10+ years of experience in partnerships, account management, business development, or strategic client-facing roles
- Proven success managing and growing high-value, revenue-generating partnerships
- Strong ability to build and maintain senior-level relationships with external stakeholders
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving Product, Marketing, Legal, and Operations teams
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to guide decisions, measure performance, and identify growth opportunities
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex partnerships simultaneously
- Experience conducting business reviews and translating insights into renewal, retention, and expansion strategies
- Strong negotiation and commercial acumen, including contract review and redlining experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with strong executive presence
- Growth mindset with the ability to operate in fast-paced, evolving environments and identify creative partnership opportunities
