What You'll Do:

  • Support UX and webshop initiatives by enhancing the online shopping experience through homepage optimization, product page updates, and user journey improvements.
  • Assist in expanding Emma’s e-commerce presence in the Philippine market by developing and executing creative strategies to drive growth.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential partnerships that align with Emma’s goals.
  • Support in evaluating and executing business projects that directly contribute to the top-line or bottom-line growth of the company.
  • Who We Are Looking For

  • Undergraduate college students taking up Business Administration or related courses with 12 academic units or less in the current or upcoming semester.
  • Can start on August 3, 2026 and can commit for atleast 6 months.
  • Has a strong analytical mindset; comfortable gathering, interpreting, and drawing insights from data to support business decisions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (especially Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides) for research outputs, reporting, and presentations.
  • Has a basic understanding of or genuine interest in e-commerce, digital marketing, or UX — prior exposure through coursework or personal projects is a plus.
  • Communicates clearly and confidently, both in writing and verbally, able to synthesize research findings and present them in a structured, digestible way.
  • Has a commercial mindset, understands the basic relationship between strategy, execution, and business outcomes (top-line vs. bottom-line).
