About The Role:

We are looking for an Internal Communications Manager to strengthen how information, decisions, and leadership intent flow across Emma. This role is about clarity, structure, and alignment — ensuring the right message reaches the right people, in the right way, especially in a fast-moving, international environment.

You'll report to our Head of Culture and work as a trusted partner to C-level leaders, translating strategic intent into clear, cascaded communication.

What You'll Do:

  • Serve as the communications right hand to C-level leaders on both ad-hoc and recurring internal messaging.
  • Translate strategic decisions into clear, structured, and cascaded communication across the organization.
  • Manage Emma's internal communication across multiple offices and regions: Frankfurt, Manila, Lisbon, and Mexico City.
  • Ensure communication is accurate and considers both informational and emotional impact.
  • Drive structure and execution across internal communications initiatives.
  • Own and improve key communication formats and channels, such as Emma's Global All Hands.
  • Own the people survey as a product - from design through to communication of results - and identify themes and patterns in qualitative feedback.
  • Who We're Looking For:

  • 4+ years of experience in a scale-up, international environment where you owned structured communication or information management.
  • Proven track record of working directly with C-level stakeholders, drafting on their behalf, managing their messaging, earning their trust.
  • You can break down complex problems, identify patterns, and turn insights into clear, actionable steps.
  • You think in systems and structure, not just sentences and you want to own how communication works.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language is a plus given our international footprint.
  • You thrive in ambiguity and fast-moving environments, you don't wait for a perfect brief to deliver a sharp output.
  • What we offer:

  • The opportunity to work on challenging tasks that contribute to your professional growth.
  • Work independently and as part of a dedicated, international team.
  • 25 vacations days per year, with 1 extra day per year worked (until a limit of 30 days per year).
  • 22 remote days per quarter policy, with offices in Gutleutviertel - Frankfurt.
  • Work with and learn from experts in diverse fields.
  • Get to know your team members at our exciting company events.
  • Working from a pet-friendly office.
  • Marketing pay context
