We are looking for a visionary Head of Creative to join our in-house creative team. In this role, you will bridge the worlds of creativity and performance marketing - ensuring every asset, campaign and concept is not only visually compelling but built to convert and drive measurable business results. You will be a true creative leader who develops and empowers a high-performing, engaged team, while playing a key role in shaping our brand identity, driving creative strategies and delivering impactful campaigns to Emma.
What you'll do:
Serve as the primary brand point of contact for the Americas region, acting as the central link between global and local market teams
Contribute to the further development of the global brand strategy and positioning, bringing regional insights to the table
Develop tailored local brand strategies for markets under direct responsibility, ensuring alignment with global objectives while preserving local market relevance
Collaborate with in-country teams to co-create initiatives that drive brand preference and strengthen market presence
Track, analyze, and report on brand health metrics to inform strategy and measure impact
Act as brand guardian, ensuring consistency and integrity across all touchpoints and communications
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver cohesive, end-to-end brand experiences
Who we are looking for:
Experience in brand management at category or brand level, preferably within an FMCG or e-commerce environment, with a strong understanding of brand metrics, tracking methods, and analysis tools
Solid cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse teams around a shared brand vision
Structured thinker with a balanced mix of creative and analytical skills, comfortable translating insights into clear, actionable brand plans
Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience in performance marketing or other digital performance channels is a plus
Spanish language skills are a plus
