Join our fast-paced and driven Business Development team! We’re seeking a motivated, coachable, and ambitious individual who thrives on achieving goals and is available to work in our downtown Toronto office 1 day per week.
PRIMARY OBJECTIVES:
Achieve monthly quotas of qualified opportunities.
Achieve monthly quotas of Introduction Meetings held
Meet or exceed activity metrics for managing inbound Leads.
Position the value proposition of the Cority solution and communicate key information regarding solutions and delivery of our products to key personas in target accounts.
Leverage MEDDPICC and other sales methodologies to ensure strong qualification of a prospect’s needs and requirements
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Independently execute inbound and outbound sales & marketing campaigns
Research information about prospective customers and market trends
Generate high-quality leads for Account Executives to consistently fuel a multi-million dollar pipeline
Collaborate across multiple teams and senior stakeholders to drive results
Travel to events and conferences may be required, as well as occasional out of-hours work to cover multiple time zones
Report on any new market trends that may provide additional insight to sales and marketing to build out messaging for targeted audiences.
QUALIFICATIONS AND CHARACTERISTICS OF AN IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Undergraduate degree (3+ years) in marketing, business or sales.
Experience in a sales role, preferably in B2B, preferably in software.
Independence and professionalism.
Strong written and verbal communications skills.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Ability to navigate corporate structures and identify decision makers.
Knowledge of sales technology stack including Salesforce, Sales loft, ZoomInfo and AI tools desirable.
