As the Senior Communications & Partnerships Manager, you serve as the independent public voice of the inVision Foundation - owning its narrative, coordinating communications across all projects, and building the partnerships that advance the Foundation's mission.
Communications leadership & Foundation voice
- Own and protect the Foundation's public narrative - ensuring all external communications reflect the mission, values, and independence of inVision Foundation
- Develop and maintain the Foundation's messaging framework, editorial guidelines, and tone of voice across all channels and projects
- Own all PR materials produced at Foundation level, including press releases, official statements, and positioning documents
- Manage the Foundation's website and social media channels, ensuring a consistent, mission-aligned presence
- Lead internal communications across the Foundation, keeping teams aligned, informed, and connected to the broader mission
Project communications coordination
- Coordinate communications across Foundation projects - inVision U, Alternativa, Aurora, CVI, Non-violence, and domain campaigns - providing unified messaging guidelines and editorial support
- Support project leads with Foundation-level positioning, media preparation, and interview guidance
- Ensure project-level PR leads operate with a consistent narrative framework while retaining the autonomy their individual projects require
- Lead the full cycle of domain campaign creation, planning, and execution across Education, Media, Technology, and Governance
- Coordinate regional agency work focused on social topics, managing relationships with niche and specialist media to ensure the Foundation's work reaches the right audiences
Partnerships & stakeholder relations
- Build and systematize the Foundation's partnership office - developing a structured approach to partner acquisition, relationship management, and stewardship across all inVision projects
- Establish and develop partnership opportunities for Alternativa, Aurora, inVision U, and other Foundation initiatives
- Coordinate CRM to track partner history, measure key engagement metrics, and enable data-driven decisions on acquisition, retention, and stewardship
- Build and steward relationships with influencers whose values and audiences align with the Foundation's mission
- Manage the Foundation's relationship with inDrive as a declared partner - coordinating joint activations, ensuring they are time-bound, clearly labelled, and protect the Foundation's independence
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in communications, with a focus on non-profit, social impact, or purpose-driven organisations
- Proven experience managing partnerships and stakeholder relationships in the social or NGO sector
- Strong network within specialist and niche media relevant to education, governance, media literacy, or community development
- Excellent writing, storytelling, and editorial skills - with the ability to maintain a distinctive institutional voice across diverse topics
- Experience coordinating decentralised teams or networks of contributors
- Fluent in business English; additional languages relevant to Foundation markets are a plus
