Job Summary:
Responsible for sales and business development of EMS (Electronic Manufacturing Service) towards external OEM customers
Job Responsibilities:
1. New customer business development and EMS project acquisition (with main focus on OEM customers);
2. Customer relationship management and identify new project opportunities
3. Commercial mgt. based on business targets, including: acquisition, turnover, delivery, EBIT, cash flow, AR, sales planning & forecast etc.;
4. Market intelligence, customer strategy development & implementation
1. Bachelor degree or above (preferably in engineering)
2. > 5 years working experience in automotive electronics industry; EMS sales & project management experience (with good customer relationship) preferred;
3. Familiar with automotive sourcing process, EMS operating model, incl. BOM & processes etc.
4. Strong customer oritentation, willingingness to travel, good team player, communicator & influencer;
5. Ability to work independently, highly result oriented with strong desire for success
6. Fluent in English
