Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of migration plans to ensure data integrity and completeness.
- Monitor and mitigate risks associated with data migration activities to minimize disruptions.
- Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders to align objectives and resolve issues promptly.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering a collaborative work environment.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Neo4j.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Graph Databases, GraphQL (Query Language), Graphical User Interface (GUI).
- Strong knowledge of data migration methodologies and best practices.
- Ability to design and implement data validation and verification processes.
- Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing project timelines.
- Familiarity with database management and data modeling concepts related to graph databases.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Neo4j.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
