Business Architecture Specialist

Accenture · Auckland

  • Engage with senior clients on nCino implementation best practices, helping them maximise value from the platform
  • Lead and support client-facing workshops to design and tailor nCino solutions
  • Analyse business requirements and translate them into user stories and functional designs, leveraging nCino out-of-the-box capabilities
  • Perform functional solution design and process design aligned to best practices
  • Present solution playbacks and prototypes to stakeholders
  • Configure, build, and test nCino solutions, or guide delivery teams in doing so
  • Collaborate with architects and delivery teams to ensure successful implementation outcomes
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement across the nCino practice

  • Experience working with Salesforce and/or nCino platforms
  • Strong understanding of functional solution design and business process mapping
  • Experience in client-facing roles (consulting, BA, functional delivery)
  • Ability to translate business requirements into clear functional solutions
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Experience across the end-to-end Salesforce delivery lifecycle
  • Background in banking or financial services is highly regarded
  • Relevant Salesforce and/or nCino certifications preferred
