What you’ll do 

We’re looking for a Data Scientist to join our growing team in Stockholm. In this role, you will: 

  • Take the lead in helping our clients understand and measure the true impact of their marketing investment using measurement methods such as Marketing mix modeling (MMM). 
  • You will collaborate closely with colleagues to transform technical output such as outputs from a model built using Python into clear, actionable insights. Your work will involve packaging and presenting these findings in an engaging and accessible way to inform and inspire C-level stakeholders at some of the largest companies in the Nordics. 
  • You will contribute to exciting and impactful projects, and be able to work on projects involving attribution modeling, experiments, and algorithm development, while also contributing to the development of automated reporting tools and other innovative data science initiatives. 

Skills and Experience  

Requirements – Please note that this is an entry-level position (0–2 years of experience), so the competence level of below requirements should align with skills gained through education or limited work experience. 

  • Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or similar quantitative field. 
  • A curious and business-oriented mindset, with a willingness to learn about (or prior knowledge of) the marketing industry.  
  • Strong storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues and solutions to non-technical audiences.  
  • Experience with programming (we use Python as our main coding language) 
  • Experience applying analytical methods such as time series analysis, statistics, marketing mix modeling, or econometrics. 
  • You are fluent in both English and Swedish. 
  • You have a valid work permit in Sweden. 

  • You have excellent skills in Excel and Powerpoint. 
     

Nice to have 

  • Practical experience in a data science, analytics consultant, or similar role. 
  • Hands-on experience with Marketing Mix Modeling. 
  • Previous experience of Bayesian statistics. 

  • Experience with Cloud platforms, SQL, GIT, Power BI, or other relevant technologies.
