As Senior Data Engineer, you take full co-ownership of TV-Insight’s data infrastructure, ensuring that all data relevant for measurement, extrapolation, ad targeting, and reporting is accurate, timely, and efficiently processed.
You bring a strong understanding of data and how it flows through complex systems, ideally from a field producing continuous usage data. You're equally comfortable with reasoning and designing data structures and flows, as you are writing and maintaining the necessary data pipelines. In this role, you'll help shape the evolution of the TV-Insight technology ecosystem, building a data platform that enables reliable insights and self-service analytics.
OWNERSHIP OF DATA INFRASTRUCTURE AND PIPELINES
You build it, you run it. When something breaks, you're the one who gets the call—and the one who fixes it. You know your code inside out, and you understand exactly what goes in and what comes out of every pipeline you own.
AUTOMATION & PROCESS OPTIMIZATION
You hunt down and eliminate manual operations wherever they appear. By developing CI/CD-based automation and reducing operational overhead across the pipeline, you keep data operations lean, scalable, and reliable.
DATA QUALITY MANAGEMENT
You define and enforce data validation rules and performance metrics, and proactively identify, analyze, and resolve data inconsistencies. You drive continuous improvements in data integrity and completeness, ensuring stakeholders can rely on data for critical decisions.
COLLABORATION & CROSS-TEAM ENABLEMENT
You partner with data scientists and analysts to ensure data reliability for modeling, experimentation, and reporting. Because your pipelines touch every discipline, close collaboration across teams isn't optional—it's how you ensure the data serves everyone who depends on it.
University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems or a related field
5+ years of experience in data engineering, data quality, or pipeline automation
Strong coding knowledge with focus on Data Processing

Ideally, first experiences with Rust
Solid understanding of data validation, monitoring, and alerting frameworks
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
