Product Designer
Mission
Neko is redefining what prevention means, from treating illness when it arrives, to sustaining health before it's ever at risk. Our mission: make data-driven, preventative care accessible to more people, before symptoms appear.
In a single, non-invasive visit under an hour, proprietary technology and direct clinical care combine to deliver personalised, actionable insights. It's a team that thinks in 10x, not 10%. Every role here plays a part in building a world where prevention is the norm, and where your work genuinely helps people live longer, healthier lives.
Role Purpose
Neko is scaling fast, opening clinics across the UK, Sweden, and New York this year. Our digital presence needs to keep pace. We're looking for a Digital Designer who bridges visual storytelling and user experience, someone who can turn brand strategy into high-impact digital work across web, campaigns, and interactive media.
You're not a junior finding your feet. You're not a senior needing to lead a team. You're someone who can own a brief, execute at a high level, and know when to ask questions.
What You’ll Deliver in the First 6–12 Months
Elevate the brand. Translate brand strategy into beautiful, cohesive digital experiences across web campaigns, landing pages, and interactive content. Every touchpoint should feel considered.
Concept and visualise. Design high-fidelity layouts from scratch, integrating image, graphic, motion, and video assets into work that holds together visually and converts.
Design for UX/UI. Create interaction flows, wireframes, and prototypes. Every design choice should support an intuitive, seamless user journey.
Collaborate cross-functionally. Work closely with copywriters, marketing, and developers from initial direction to launch. You know how to take a brief and deliver against it.
Optimise and iterate. Use performance data and user feedback to sharpen layouts for engagement and conversion. Good enough isn't the bar.
Maintain design systems. Uphold and evolve our digital brand guidelines and component libraries so the work stays consistent at scale.
Minimum Requirements
Experience. 3–5 years as a digital, interaction, or visual UI designer. Agency or in-house brand experience, ideally both.
A strong portfolio. Web campaigns, responsive design, strong typography and composition. Show us how you think, not just what you made.
The tech stack. Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. Motion design or prototyping tools are a strong plus.
Web savviness. You understand HTML/CSS constraints and responsive design. You don't code, but you speak the developer's language.
UX mindset. You design with the end user in mind. You understand how layout, hierarchy, and micro-interactions shape behaviour, even when users can't articulate why.
