Faherty continues to play a meaningful role in culture through standout collaborations, compelling content, and partnerships with world-class creative talent. This is an opportunity to shape the next chapter of an iconic brand and help define how Faherty shows up across every touchpoint, channel, and market around the world.

As a senior leader, you will ensure Faherty’s brand shows up consistently, thoughtfully, and with impact across every touchpoint. You’ll partner closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to translate brand vision into meaningful, customer-centered storytelling that drives both emotional connection and business results. This role requires a balance of high-level thinking and decisive execution, with a focus on leading teams, influencing the organization, and continuously pushing the brand forward.

What you’ll do:

Creative Leadership & Brand Stewardship

  • Steward and evolve Faherty’s evolving aesthetic creative expression, ensuring a cohesive and elevated brand identity across all channels and experiences.
  • Serve as the ultimate creative authority and guardian of brand standards, maintaining excellence in storytelling, design, and execution across every touchpoint.
  • Balance long-term brand building with near-term execution, ensuring all creative work delivers against both strategic and commercial goals.

Campaigns, Content & Execution

  • Establish clear creative briefs, direction, and feedback frameworks to ensure consistent, high-quality output across teams and partners.
  • Lead the development of integrated, multi-channel campaigns and brand initiatives across digital, retail, and experiential platforms.
  • Oversee the creation of all brand content—including motion, photography, video, and design—ensuring consistency and impact across paid and owned channels.
  • Guide storytelling across earned, owned, and paid channels to ensure a cohesive and culturally resonant brand narrative.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Partner with executive leadership, marketing, e-commerce, visual merchandising, retail, wholesale and product teams to align creative output with broader business objectives.
  • Work across teams to bring the brand expression to life across our channels in retail, wholesale, and ecomm.
  • As a member of the creative leadership team, contribute to seasonal campaigns and brand-wide initiatives

Team Leadership & Operations

  • Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing creative team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
  • Establish and refine scalable creative processes and workflows that support efficiency while maintaining a high bar for quality.
  • Lead the selection, evaluation, and ongoing management of agency partners, ensuring alignment with brand vision and consistent delivery.
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with external partners, including photographers, and production teams, to expand creative capabilities.
  • Oversee creative budget, specifically photo production and freelance/agency network.

Innovation, AI & Cultural Insight

  • Drive innovation by introducing new ideas, talent, and emerging approaches to storytelling and content creation.
  • Explore and integrate AI-driven tools and workflows within the creative process, with a curiosity for how new technologies can enhance ideation, production, and personalization.
  • In practice, this means establishing thoughtful workflows and guardrails for generative image and video platforms, and production automation—all while upholding the timeless craft standards and aesthetic integrity that define Faherty's creative voice.
  • Maintain a strong pulse on cultural trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to keep the brand relevant and forward-thinking.

What you’ll have:

  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in creative leadership roles, with a track record of evolving and scaling premium or lifestyle brands.
  • Exceptional creative vision with a refined aesthetic sensibility across typography, photography, motion, and digital design.
  • Proven ability to lead large-scale, integrated campaigns from concept through execution across multiple channels.
  • Strong leadership presence, with experience managing, mentoring, and growing creative teams.
