About the Job

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our growing Marketing team. You will be responsible for transforming raw footage into visually engaging, on-brand video content for multiple platforms. This role requires strong technical editing skills, a good sense of storytelling, and the ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

Editing & Post-Production

  • Edit raw video footage into compelling, polished videos optimized for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Xiaohongshu (XHS).

  • Perform color correction, sound design, motion graphics, and subtitling to enhance overall video quality.

  • Maintain consistency in style, tone, and branding across all content.

  • Ensure all final outputs meet platform specifications and are optimized for engagement and reach.

Creative Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Videographer, Creative, and Social Media teams to bring storyboards and concepts to life.

  • Provide creative input on visual direction, pacing, and storytelling.

  • Support weekly content production cycles — from short-form reels to long-form marketing videos.

Workflow & Asset Management

  • Manage and organize media files, project archives, and version control.

  • Ensure efficient editing workflows and proper file backups.

  • Collaborate with other editors to maintain a consistent editing standard across projects.

Continuous Improvement & Innovation

  • Stay updated on social media video trends, editing tools, and visual effects techniques.

  • Suggest and test new editing styles or formats to improve engagement and content performance.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Film, Multimedia, Communications, or a related field.

  • 2–4 years of experience in video editing or related creative production.

  • Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop (or equivalent tools).

  • Strong understanding of storytelling, visual pacing, and transitions.

  • Knowledge of aspect ratios, compression, and file formats for digital platforms.

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

  • Keen eye for detail and aesthetics.

  • A portfolio or showreel showcasing your editing work is required.
