Global Business Organization (GBO) edu’s mission is to transform capability development into a engaged advantage by building an adaptive, AI-infused learning ecosystem that delivers direct commercial value for the business.
We are a dynamic organization of strategists and learning professionals dedicated to architecting and delivering scalable, role-specific learning strategies across business units. By bridging the gap between global strategy and local activation, GBOedu ensures our global employees possess the critical knowledge and skills needed to maximize their impact and thrive in a rapidly evolving, AI-first commercial landscape.
The Learning Innovation and Architecture (LIA) team is the “Research and Development Lab” within GBOedu. Our mission is to power the future of GBO by leading GBOedu’s innovation strategy, launching rapid learner-centric pilots, and landing scalable solutions. We drive initiatives related to learning design, skills architecture, proficiency and credentialing, and strategic partnerships with GBO Engineering to advance our learning tech stack.
In this role, you will serve as a key driver in aligning technology with innovative learning design standards. You will act as the primary liaison between Learning Specialists, Strat Operations, and GBO Engineering, ensuring that platform requirements across our learning tech stack (LMS, LCMS, authoring tools) meet evolving programmatic needs. You will also own the end-to-end user experience across our learning platforms -- ensuring clear connectivity between each surface that learners access. You will represent the needs of the Learning Specialist community while influencing the tech roadmap to provide the tools and support necessary for successful implementation. You will solve challenges and streamline processes to create efficient, scalable learning designs that deliver impactful experiences across Google.
The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.
