Designing Learning Experiences that Drive Engagement and Growth

• Design blended learning experiences, digital pathways, simulations, and performance support resources.
• Translate business priorities, SME input, and complex concepts into clear, engaging learner experiences.
• Apply storytelling, learner psychology, and modern learning practices to improve engagement, adoption, and retention.

Modernizing Learning Through AI and Digital Innovation

• Leverage AI-enabled tools to improve scalability, personalization, learner support, and development speed.
• Partner with HRBPs, leaders, SMEs, and cross-functional teams to co-create impactful learning experiences.

Turning Learner Insights into Scalable Experiences

• Use design thinking and learner insights to identify pain points and create scalable capability solutions
• Curate and maintain learning pathways across Workday Learning, Career Hub, LinkedIn Learning, and internal learning platforms.
• Contribute to project planning, prioritization, execution, and continuous improvement across multiple initiatives.
• Monitor learner engagement, feedback, and adoption insights to improve learning effectiveness and experience quality.

• Sound judgment regarding AI-generated content, learner experience, accessibility, and responsible technology use.

Qualifications

• 3+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
