UX Designer, JapanWhat does a successful UX Designer at Fiserv do?
As an experienced UX Designer, you will play a pivotal role in revolutionizing the way users interact with our financial technology products, which include web and mobile software, as well as embedded UIs on payment hardware. You will lead a team of UX designers and researchers, working closely with cross-functional partners, including product management, engineering, business, marketing, and finance. Your focus will be on creating user-centered designs that enhance the overall customer journey and meet business objectives.
What will you do?
Manage the UX design and research process end-to-end.
Collaborate with stakeholders to influence strategic decisions and establish a design vision that aligns with business goals.
Conduct user research to gain insights into customer behavior, ensuring designs are based on user needs.
Develop low- and high-fidelity mockups, wireframes, and prototypes that communicate design concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Iterate on designs based on user feedback and analytics, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the UX team.
Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering their professional growth and ensuring alignment with Fiserv’s business goals.
