UX UI Product Designer

We are a fast-growing company operating in a dynamic, innovative, AI-first environment. Our Product team is building the next generation of financial products, and we’re looking for an exceptional Product Designer to join us on this journey.

 

What will you do:

  • Lead end-to-end design processes for complex products and features, from research and discovery through design, prototyping, and implementation.
  • Design intuitive and polished user experiences while contributing to the evolution of our Design System.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and other stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Leverage AI tools and Claude Code as part of your daily workflow for research, problem exploration, rapid prototyping, and accelerating product development.

 

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of Product Design experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Experience designing complex systems and data-rich products.
  • Strong proficiency in Figma, including prototyping and working with Design Systems.
  • Ability to independently lead design initiatives and take full ownership of projects.
  • Strong product thinking and the ability to simplify complex workflows into intuitive user experiences.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across cross-functional teams.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing UX, UI, problem-solving, and product thinking.
