Senior Graphic Designer
We’re rethinking homes for how people really live, and we’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our Creative team to help shape the future of living—one thoughtful detail at a time.
Success in this role means bringing consistency, quality, and scalability to Castlery's visual identity. You'll ensure our brand shows up cohesively across campaigns, packaging, retail, and digital channels, while independently leading global campaign design from brief to delivery. Beyond creating great work, you'll strengthen the systems behind it: building guidelines, templates, and processes that help teams execute consistently and scale efficiently across markets.
What you'll be doing:
- Lead visual design across global brand campaigns, from concept through final delivery across digital, print and retail formats.
- Design brand and product packaging that reflects the quality and craft of what's inside.
- Develop in-store communications, for Castlery's retail locations across markets. This is not limited to signage, banners, and POS materials.
- Build and maintain design systems and brand guidelines that scale globally while staying locally relevant.
- Collaborate with copywriters, brand leads, and marketing to ensure every touchpoint is visually coherent.
- Art direct shoots and work with external production partners where needed.
- Guide and review work from junior designers and external agencies.
What you need to succeed:
- 6–9 years of graphic design experience, with increasing ownership over brand and campaign work.
- Strong graphic design and branding skills with a portfolio spanning campaigns, packaging, and in-store or print communications.
- A sharp, considered visual sensibility. You are confident with typography, layout and colour across both digital and physical formats.
- Experience with lifestyle, home or fashion brands is a strong advantage.
- Proven ability to build design systems and brand guidelines that teams can actually use and scale.
- Solid project management skills. You should be able to handle multiple workstreams without losing craft or attention to detail.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); motion or video skills are a bonus.
- A clear communicator who can present creative decisions and push back thoughtfully when needed.
