UX Designer (part-time)

You will be:
• working with cross-functional partners in Design, Product, Experimentation, and Engineering teams to craft groundbreaking user experiences, understand user problems, and identify key opportunities for both the user and our business,
• establishing and maintaining our design system, grasping the roadmap, and ensuring timely project completion,
• championing the interests of the business through design-informed decisions,
• engaging with key stakeholders in the design process and fostering a resilient design team and culture.
Your profile:
- minimum 2 years of experience designing mobile applications (iOS/Android) and responsive web experiences,
- ability to clearly articulate and defend product design decisions based on user needs and business goals,
- experience working with user research insights and data analysis to inform design solutions,
- strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with designers, product managers, analysts, researchers, and engineers to validate and deliver experiences quickly and iteratively,
- ability to work across the entire design process — from ideation and concept development to implementation and refinement,
- strong verbal and visual communication skills, with the ability to present design processes, approaches, and outcomes effectively,
- native-level proficiency in Polish and B2-level English skills,
- practical experience using AI-powered assistants (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot Chat, or similar) to improve productivity, quality, or decision-making in analysis and software delivery.
Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required.
Nice to have:
- experience in designing for the e-commerce industry,
- experience applying GenAI in a more structured way within the SDLC, including defined workflows, prompt patterns, or tool integrations embedded into daily analytical and documentation work,
- interest in and familiarity with emerging AI-driven practices (e.g. automation of analysis tasks, AI-supported documentation, or workflow optimization), with a willingness to explore and experiment beyond standard approaches.
