Researchers at Smartsheet come from a diverse range of traditional and non-traditional backgrounds. We apply a wide range of research methodologies, HCD practices, and a deep understanding of our customers to create efficient, powerful, and intuitive user experiences that drive business results. On the UX team, you'll help shape the future of work.
About UX Research And The Role
As Manager of UX Research, you'll lead research for one of Smartsheet's core product areas, uncovering customer insights that drive product decisions and measurable business impact. You will own the research roadmap for your area, run studies hands on, and guide a small team of researchers as they do the same. You'll partner closely with Product and Design leaders to make sure the customer's needs show up in what we build and how we prioritize.
You will report to our Director, UX Research. This role is fully remote and open to candidates anywhere in the US where Smartsheet is a registered employer.
