This role is a high-impact creative position focused on producing, refining, and scaling video content across both short-form and long-form formats in a fast-growing performance-driven environment. You will play a central role in shaping the visual identity and storytelling of a rapidly expanding brand within the financial education and trading space. The position combines hands-on editing with creative leadership, requiring both strong execution skills and the ability to build scalable production systems. You will also help integrate AI-powered tools into modern video workflows to improve speed, consistency, and output quality. The environment is fast-paced, highly collaborative, and focused on continuous experimentation and improvement. This is a role for a creative operator who can balance storytelling excellence with operational thinking.

Accountabilities:

  • Edit and produce high-quality short-form and long-form video content with strong pacing, motion graphics, sound design, and consistent brand alignment.
  • Lead day-to-day video production workflows, including task allocation, quality control, delivery timelines, and creative feedback loops.
  • Design and implement AI-assisted video production systems leveraging generative tools for video, image, and audio enhancement.
  • Develop and maintain scalable assets such as templates, SOPs, prompt libraries, and repeatable editing workflows.
  • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to ensure visual storytelling aligns with performance goals and brand strategy.
  • Mentor and guide junior editors, providing creative direction, coaching, and structured feedback to elevate team output.
  • Manage freelance editors and external creative contributors when needed to support production scale.
  • Continuously optimize editing processes and production systems to improve speed, efficiency, and creative quality.
  • Requirements:

    • 5+ years of professional video editing experience, including senior or lead-level responsibilities.
    • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, with strong experience in After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
    • Strong storytelling, visual composition, typography, motion design, and sound design skills.
    • Hands-on experience with generative AI tools such as Runway, Midjourney, Firefly, HeyGen, Kling, Veo, Seedance, or similar platforms.
    • Proven ability to build workflows, systems, and production processes that improve efficiency and output quality.
    • Experience leading, mentoring, or managing other editors or creative contributors.
    • Strong project management, organization, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
    • Experience creating content for both organic and paid marketing channels is highly valued.
    • Strong interest in emerging creative technologies and AI-driven content production.
    • Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in fast-moving, performance-driven environments.
