The Opportunity
We are looking for a technically minded and delivery driven individual for an opportunity to join our diverse team of highly regarded professionals in Melbourne. The Senior Structural Modeler is a key role in the business and a key contributor to the specialist field of water structures. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to take the next big step in their career with a global market leader.
You will work with people who are committed to ensuring we remain a key partner to our clients, not to mention a key contributor to delivering projects. You will be responsible for the drafting, design and modelling  of our structural engineering opportunities across water but also, Defence and transport projects.

The ideal candidate will hold an Associate Degree/Diploma of Design or Engineering and have experience using software such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCad and Revizto for a variety of small and large projects in the Water, Building, Defence and Infrastructure fields. You should also have a strong understanding of BIM delivery on government and non-government projects.
You will have the ability to technically lead a modelling team to deliver project documentation requirements within a multi-disciplinary project according to budget, schedule and quality requirements whilst holding the desire to work in and help build an environment that encourages and supports high level growth and efficiency.

This position gives you the opportunity to continue KBR Melbournes success in delivering major buildings and defence projects, whilst also supporting some of Australia’s largest transport and infrastructure projects.
