We are seeking an experienced Ironclad Developer to design, develop, and maintain contract lifecycle management (CLM) solutions using the Ironclad platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience configuring workflows, building integrations, and automating legal and business processes.
Design, configure, and implement Ironclad CLM solutions based on business requirements.
Build and customize workflows, approvals, templates, forms, and playbooks within Ironclad.
Develop integrations between Ironclad and enterprise applications such as Salesforce, Workday, DocuSign, Slack, SAP, or other third-party systems using APIs.
Develop custom scripts, webhooks, and automation to enhance platform functionality.
Collaborate with Legal, Procurement, Sales, IT, and business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into scalable solutions.
Troubleshoot production issues and optimize existing implementations.
Perform unit testing, deployment, and post-production support.
Ensure platform security, governance, and best practices are followed.
Maintain technical documentation and support release management activities.
5+ years of software development experience.
Hands-on experience implementing and configuring Ironclad CLM.
Strong understanding of Ironclad Workflow Designer, templates, forms, and approvals.
Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and system integrations.
Proficiency in JavaScript, JSON, SQL, or similar technologies.
Experience integrating Ironclad with enterprise applications.
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with Salesforce, DocuSign, Workday, SAP, or other enterprise platforms.
Knowledge of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) processes.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
