An experienced nCino / Salesforce Tech Lead with strong expertise in Financial Services and lending platforms.
You bring a combination of hands-on technical capability and delivery leadership, with the ability to guide teams, shape solutions, and work closely with clients to deliver high-quality outcomes.
You are comfortable owning technical delivery while collaborating with architects and stakeholders to ensure scalable and well-structured solutions.
The Work
Lead the technical design and delivery of nCino and Salesforce solutions across Financial Services programs
Work with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
Provide leadership to developers and delivery teams, ensuring solutions are aligned to best practices and platform capabilities
Contribute to solution design, data modelling, and architecture decisions across nCino and Salesforce
Own key technical deliverables, including solution design, build oversight, and implementation quality
Support estimation, planning, and scoping activities to ensure realistic and successful delivery outcomes
Collaborate with Solution Architects and Delivery Leads to ensure alignment across design and execution
Identify risks, gaps, and improvements across solutions and provide recommendations to stakeholders
Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted technical advisor within delivery teams
Here’s What You Need
Strong experience working with nCino and Salesforce platforms (ideally in Financial Services / lending environments)
Experience in a Technical Lead or senior developer role on Salesforce projects
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modelling, and integration patterns
Ability to lead delivery teams and guide technical decision-making
Experience across end-to-end implementation lifecycle
Strong stakeholder communication skills and ability to work in client-facing environments
Bonus Points If
Experience with nCino lending workflows and banking processes
Exposure to Data Cloud, integrations, or complex enterprise environments
Strong technical background across Apex, integrations, or platform configuration
Experience working in large-scale transformation programs
