The Work
Lead technical architecture workshops and design sessions, understanding client goals, challenges, and technical landscapes
Design end-to-end Salesforce architecture solutions across multiple clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience, Data, etc.)
Define integration strategies, authentication models, and data architectures across enterprise systems
Own the end-to-end technical solution, ensuring scalability, performance, and security
Provide clear architecture recommendations, trade-offs, and decision rationale across governance forums and client engagements
Collaborate closely with functional teams, delivery leads, and developers to ensure solutions are practical, scalable, and maintainable
Establish and enforce best practices across development, integration, and data migration
Act as the key escalation point for technical and architectural challenges
Lead and mentor delivery teams, ensuring alignment to standards and high-quality delivery outcomes
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect or senior technical lead
Strong expertise across Salesforce platform architecture, integrations, and data modelling
Experience designing solutions across multiple Salesforce clouds and enterprise environments
Ability to lead technical decision-making and guide delivery teams
Strong stakeholder engagement and ability to operate in client-facing architecture roles
Experience across the end-to-end implementation lifecycle
Salesforce certifications (e.g. CTA pathway, Application/System Architect) highly regarded
Commercial awareness and ability to align architecture design to business outcomes
