Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of software applications. This role requires taking ownership of projects by coordinating efforts, managing timelines, and serving as the main liaison for stakeholders. The position demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration with various teams to ensure the successful delivery of tailored software solutions that meet organizational needs and client expectations.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development.
- Ensure the quality and performance of applications through rigorous testing and validation.
- Document design specifications and maintain clear communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- Experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules to align with business processes.
- Strong understanding of IT service management principles and workflows.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the ServiceNow platform.
- Familiarity with scripting languages and integration techniques used in ServiceNow development.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
