Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves analyzing various client requirements and designing solutions that align with those needs. Additionally, the position requires ongoing maintenance and enhancement of existing applications to improve performance and address any issues. Collaboration with team members and stakeholders is a regular part of the day to ensure that project goals are met efficiently and effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for software development.
- Document technical specifications and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support in their development tasks.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition.
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts and design patterns.
- Experience with application lifecycle management including coding, testing, and debugging.
- Familiarity with relational databases and writing efficient queries.
- Ability to work with version control systems and continuous integration tools.
- Understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Java Enterprise Edition.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
