Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves collaborating closely with various stakeholders to understand and clarify business needs. The role includes assisting in defining detailed requirements and contributing to the design of applications that align with business processes. Throughout the day, there is a focus on ensuring that the software solutions developed effectively support organizational goals, while maintaining clear communication with team members and participating in ongoing project discussions to refine and enhance application functionality.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Support the development and implementation of custom software solutions tailored to business needs.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to ensure smooth application performance.
- Document design specifications and maintain clear records of development activities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Experience with SAP HANA database concepts and optimization techniques.
- Strong knowledge of ABAP programming language and its integration with SAP modules.
- Familiarity with debugging, performance tuning, and code optimization in SAP environments.
- Ability to work with SAP development tools and environments to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
