Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business process and application needs. The position demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration with various stakeholders to deliver effective and efficient software solutions that support business operations and enhance overall productivity.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Integration Suite.
- Experience in designing and implementing integration flows and APIs.
- Strong understanding of cloud-based integration platforms and middleware solutions.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues.
- Familiarity with application lifecycle management and deployment processes.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP BTP Integration Suite.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
