Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to monitoring system health, diagnosing problems, and ensuring smooth operation of critical applications. The engineer collaborates with different teams to maintain system stability and supports continuous improvement efforts to enhance overall service quality and reliability.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and address system issues effectively.
- Mentor junior team members to develop their technical and problem-solving skills.
- Drive process improvements to enhance support efficiency and reduce incident resolution time.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure PaaS.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure management and deployment on Microsoft Azure platform.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and resolving application and platform issues.
- Knowledge of monitoring tools and techniques to ensure system availability and performance.
- Ability to work with automation scripts and tools to streamline support tasks.
- Familiarity with incident management and change management processes in cloud environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure PaaS.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
