Collaboration with different teams and continuous refinement of software elements are integral parts of the daily workflow, ensuring that solutions remain robust and adaptable to evolving needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the evaluation and integration of new technologies to enhance software capabilities.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot.
- Strong understanding of Java programming and object-oriented design principles.
- Experience with RESTful API development and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with database design and integration using SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Spring Boot.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
