Sr. Power Platform developer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sr. Power Platform Developer based in Ireland.

This role offers the opportunity to lead the design and development of enterprise-grade solutions using Microsoft’s modern low-code and AI-powered ecosystem. You will work on innovative digital transformation initiatives that leverage Power Platform, Copilot Studio, SharePoint Online, and Azure services to streamline business processes and enhance user experiences. As a senior technical contributor, you will collaborate with stakeholders to build scalable applications, intelligent automation workflows, and integrated business solutions. The position requires both hands-on development expertise and strategic thinking to deliver secure, high-performing systems. You will play a key role in driving automation, modern workplace solutions, and AI-powered productivity enhancements. Accountabilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
  • Build and optimize Canvas Apps and automated workflows that improve operational efficiency and business productivity.
  • Develop conversational AI solutions and virtual assistants using Microsoft Copilot Studio to support business processes and user engagement.
  • Manage and enhance SharePoint Online environments, including lists, libraries, permissions, and collaboration workflows.
  • Create and maintain Azure Functions using PowerShell to support integrations, automation, and backend processes.
  • Implement and support CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment, version control, and solution lifecycle management.
  • Integrate Power Platform solutions with external systems using REST APIs, Microsoft Graph API, and other modern integration patterns.
  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver scalable solutions aligned with organizational goals.
  • Requirements:

    • 12–15 years of overall IT experience, including extensive hands-on development experience with Microsoft technologies.
    • Strong expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and related services.
    • Proven experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and conversational AI solution development.
    • Advanced knowledge of SharePoint Online, including administration, permissions management, lists, libraries, and custom solutions.
    • Strong PowerShell scripting skills for automation, administration, and integration purposes.
    • Experience developing Azure Functions and cloud-based automation solutions.
    • Solid understanding of CI/CD implementation and application lifecycle management practices.
    • Hands-on experience working with REST APIs, Microsoft Graph API, and enterprise integration architectures.
    • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in remote and distributed team environments.
