This role is designed for a detail-oriented SEO professional who can combine technical understanding, analytical thinking, and content optimization skills to improve search visibility across international markets. You will support SEO initiatives by driving keyword strategy, optimizing on-page and metadata elements, and improving content performance across multiple platforms. The role also involves translating and localizing keywords between English and Serbian, ensuring content relevance for target audiences. You will work closely with a collaborative SEO team within a fast-paced digital performance marketing environment. The position requires both technical fluency and creative SEO copywriting ability to deliver measurable growth. Accountabilities:
You will support and execute SEO strategies that improve rankings, traffic, and content relevance across multiple markets and platforms.
- Conduct keyword research and build keyword strategies aligned with business and SEO goals
- Use keyword planners and SEO tools to identify high-value search opportunities
- Optimize metadata, on-page elements, and website content for improved search visibility
- Perform content optimization and SEO copywriting to enhance engagement and rankings
- Translate and localize keywords between English and Serbian in a search-optimized context
- Manage and structure SEO-related data for reporting and analysis
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated across campaigns
- Support continuous improvement of SEO performance through testing and refinement
Requirements:
You bring foundational SEO experience combined with strong analytical and technical capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience in SEO roles
- Strong understanding of search engine best practices (Google, Bing, and others)
- Working knowledge of HTML and basic JavaScript for SEO purposes
- Experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Majestic, or similar platforms
- Proficiency in analytics tools including Google Analytics and similar reporting systems
- Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Understanding of how SEO interacts with broader marketing channels (social, paid media, email, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multilingual keyword translation tasks
