Summary:
As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or Software as a Service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing application releases to ensure smooth deployment and maintaining system stability throughout. The engineer works with various standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while ensuring compatibility and optimal performance across systems. Collaboration with different teams to address challenges and enhance application functionality is also a key part of the daily routine.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to optimize application configurations to improve efficiency and user experience.
- Coordinate release management activities to minimize downtime and ensure seamless updates.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Databricks.
- Experience with cloud-based data analytics and processing platforms.
- Strong understanding of application integration using APIs and low-code tools.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues to maintain application stability.
- Familiarity with release management processes and version control systems.
- Competence in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Databricks.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
