Summary:
As a Packaged Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or Software as a Service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing software releases to ensure smooth deployment and maintaining system stability throughout operations. The engineer works with various standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while ensuring compatibility and optimal performance. Collaboration with different teams to address challenges and enhance application functionality is also a key part of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert.
- Required active participation and contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain high availability and reliability.
- Document configuration changes and maintain detailed records of system modifications.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on application usage and best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in BlueYonder Enterprise Supply Planning.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with A&D Aftermarket.
- Strong understanding of application configuration and release management processes.
- Familiarity with using APIs and low-code platforms to customize and extend application functionality.
- Ability to analyze system performance metrics and implement improvements.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving software issues in a packaged or Software as a Service environment.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in BlueYonder Enterprise Supply Planning.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
