Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the initiative to design, develop, and configure software applications tailored to project requirements. This role serves as the main liaison for coordinating efforts across various teams, ensuring alignment and progress toward project goals. The position requires overseeing the integration of different components and managing the workflow to deliver effective solutions. Daily activities include facilitating communication among stakeholders, monitoring project milestones, and addressing challenges that arise during the application development lifecycle, all while maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless project execution.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth.
- Monitor project timelines and resource allocation to meet delivery targets.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Project Management (PM).
- Strong skills in project planning, risk management, and resource coordination.
- Experience in application design and configuration within enterprise environments.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop scalable solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration across diverse teams.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Workday Project Management (PM).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
