Summary:
As an Application Developer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications that align with business processes and meet specific application requirements. This role requires a focus on understanding the needs of the organization and translating them into functional software solutions. The workday includes collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure that applications are tailored to support operational goals effectively, while continuously refining and enhancing application features to improve overall performance and user experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to ensure alignment between application development and business objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to facilitate smooth project execution.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Integration Services.
- Experience with designing and implementing integration solutions using cloud-based services.
- Strong knowledge of application configuration and deployment processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues.
- Familiarity with API management and service bus technologies.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Integration Services.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
