- Document findings and solutions clearly to support knowledge sharing and future reference.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools to enhance efficiency.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster their professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL).
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and debug complex software issues.
- Experience in managing and supporting critical business applications in a production environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team setting and communicate technical information clearly.
- Familiarity with database concepts and performance tuning related to Oracle databases.
- Capability to document technical processes and solutions comprehensively.

- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
