As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by proactively identifying and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a dynamic approach to troubleshooting, ensuring the smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous monitoring, collaboration with different teams, and a commitment to maintaining system reliability and performance throughout the day.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to improve operational processes and enhance system stability.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Infrastructure Service Management.
- Good To Have Skills: Change Management, Incident Management.
- Strong problem-solving abilities to analyze and resolve complex infrastructure issues.
- Experience with monitoring tools and techniques to ensure system health and availability.
- Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions.
- Familiarity with service management frameworks and best practices.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Infrastructure Service Management.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
