Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead initiatives to embed ethical AI practices within project workflows and organizational processes.
- Mentor and support team members to enhance their understanding and application of responsible AI principles.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment on AI ethics.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying emerging ethical challenges and proposing proactive strategies.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Responsible AI.
- Strong knowledge of AI ethics frameworks and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Experience in designing and implementing AI systems with fairness, transparency, and accountability.
- Ability to assess AI models for bias, robustness, and ethical risks.
- Skilled in cross-functional collaboration to integrate responsible AI practices across diverse teams.
- Competence in developing guidelines and best practices for ethical AI deployment.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Responsible AI.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
