Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring software applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application needs. This role requires a thoughtful approach to understanding the unique requirements of each project and translating them into functional and efficient software solutions. Collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals and continuous refinement of applications to enhance performance and usability are integral parts of the daily workflow. The position demands adaptability and creativity to address evolving challenges and deliver high-quality software products.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze application requirements.
- Continuously monitor and improve application performance and reliability.
- Document design specifications and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting in problem-solving.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Apache JMeter.
- Experience in designing and executing performance testing scenarios using Apache JMeter.
- Ability to analyze test results and identify bottlenecks or performance issues.
- Familiarity with scripting and automation to enhance testing efficiency.
- Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and optimize application performance.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Apache JMeter.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
