Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to streamline issue resolution processes and improve system stability.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their problem-solving capabilities and technical knowledge.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on system updates and incident management.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Testing.
- Experience in designing and executing comprehensive test cases to validate system functionality.
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose complex software issues and identify root causes.
- Familiarity with test automation tools and frameworks relevant to Salesforce environments.
- Ability to work with defect tracking systems and manage test documentation effectively.
- Good understanding of software development life cycle and quality assurance best practices.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Testing.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
