Summary:
In the role of Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework of bespoke software projects. This position requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of software design and implementation, ensuring that development practices meet high standards. The role focuses on aligning technical solutions with organizational goals, fostering collaboration among team members, and driving the delivery of scalable and efficient software products. Continuous evaluation of project progress and adaptation to evolving requirements are integral parts of the daily routine.

Roles & Responsibilities:
-Campaign development
-Journey/automation build in SFMC
-Troubleshooting and enhancements
-Supporting normal marketing backlog work
-Role remains primarily development focused. On-call duty is exception-based and is limited to rare high-priority incidents only.


Professional & Technical Skills:
-Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
-Campaign/automation development experience
-Must understand SFMC context and workflows
-Must be comfortable with occasional on-call expectations
-Strong preference for candidates with prior marketing cloud exposure
-Telecom domain experience

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
