In the role of Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineering Lead, a typical day involves managing the design and continuous improvement of packaged or cloud-based software solutions. - Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Lead efforts to establish and enforce best practices for software configuration and integration.
- Monitor and evaluate platform performance to proactively address potential issues.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automated Testing.
- Experience with test automation frameworks and tools to enhance software quality.
- Strong understanding of software release cycles and continuous integration processes.
- Ability to design and implement test strategies for packaged and cloud-based applications.
- Familiarity with debugging and troubleshooting techniques to identify and resolve defects.
- Knowledge of performance testing and monitoring to ensure system reliability.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Automated Testing.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
