The position also requires researching and integrating updated content to keep the websites current and engaging, contributing to a seamless user experience and efficient site functionality.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure web applications meet project requirements and quality standards.
- Maintain and update existing web applications to improve performance and user experience.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support in their development tasks.
- Continuously monitor web application functionality and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM).
- Experience with web development technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
- Ability to write clear and comprehensive technical documentation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM).
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
