Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration.
- Experience in managing and maintaining SAP environments including system installations, configurations, and upgrades.
- Strong knowledge of system performance tuning, monitoring, and troubleshooting within SAP landscapes.
- Familiarity with database administration and integration related to SAP systems.
- Ability to work with automation tools and scripts to streamline SAP Basis tasks.
- Understanding of security protocols and compliance requirements in SAP environments.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
