Summary: As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the design and continuous improvement of packaged or software as a service solutions. This role includes managing configurations, integrations, and release processes to ensure seamless delivery. The position requires setting and maintaining platform standards that guarantee system stability and optimal performance while aligning with both business objectives and vendor requirements. Collaboration with various stakeholders and teams is a key part of daily activities to drive successful project outcomes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and solution quality. - Foster a collaborative and inclusive environment that encourages knowledge sharing and professional growth. - Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with strategic goals and timelines. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Oracle Analytics Cloud. - Strong expertise in data visualization and dashboard creation to support business intelligence needs. - Experience in integrating Oracle Analytics Cloud with various data sources and enterprise systems. - Proficient in configuring and managing cloud-based analytics platforms to optimize performance and scalability. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to analytics solutions. - Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Analytics Cloud. - This position is based at our Manila office.
